Creason, Moore, Dokken & Geidl is a Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rated law firm based in Lewiston, Idaho. The firm is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Our firm engages in the general practice of law with emphasis in civil litigation, insurance defense, business organizations, corporate law, taxation, estate planning and criminal law. Our clients are varied and include insurance companies, banking institutions, medical facilities, business corporations, LLCs and partnerships, as well as individuals.

Eugene A. Cox established the Lewiston, Idaho, firm in 1902. Many excellent attorneys have shaped and guided the firm into the well-respected law firm that exists today. Among these are Marcus J. Ware and Daniel W. O’Connell. Mr. Ware joined the firm in 1927 and practiced continuously until his retirement in 1987. Mr. O’Connell joined the firm in 1955 and developed a highly respected insurance defense and business law practice before his death in 1988.

The firm currently has four members, Theodore O. Creason, Christopher J. Moore, David E. Dokken, and Tod D. Geidl, and an associate attorney, Samuel T. Creason. The firm has excellent experienced support staff, including paralegals, enabling us to provide you with prompt, professional services at reasonable cost.
