Eugene A. Cox established the Lewiston, Idaho, firm in 1902. Many excellent attorneys have shaped and guided the firm into the well-respected law firm that exists today. Among these are Marcus J. Ware and Daniel W. O’Connell. Mr. Ware joined the firm in 1927 and practiced continuously until his retirement in 1987. Mr. O’Connell joined the firm in 1955 and developed a highly respected insurance defense and business law practice before his death in 1988.
The firm currently has four members, Theodore O. Creason, Christopher J. Moore, David E. Dokken, and Tod D. Geidl, and an associate attorney, Samuel T. Creason.
