Estate plans may include wills, trusts of various types, durable powers of attorney for financial and health care matters, living wills and other documents effecting non-probate transfers. The firm also handles all types of probate matters including will challenges and defense litigation. The firm prepares federal and state estate, gift and income tax returns as may be required.
