Member, graduated from the University of Idaho receiving his B.A. in 1978 and J.D. in 1982. Mr. Dokken was admitted to the Idaho Bar in 1982 and Washington State Bar in 2002. He served as the Deputy Prosecutor of Nez Perce County from 1982-1985 and Chief Deputy Prosecutor from 1985-1990. Mr. Dokken is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Washington State Bar, Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, Board Member of the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel, the Ray McNichols’ American Inns of Court and Idaho Second District Bar Association. Mr. Dokken’s areas of emphasis include criminal law, domestic relations, commercial litigation, insurance defense, personal injury litigation and real property.
