Theodore O. Creason

Member, graduated from the University of Idaho receiving his B.A. in 1970 and J.D. in 1973, and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Creason was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 1973 and Washington State Bar in 2002. He was a former Deputy Prosecutor for Nez Perce County, 1975 – 1978. Mr. Creason is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Washington State Bar, American Bar Association, American Bar Foundation, Defense Research Institute, Idaho & International Associations of Defense Counsel, International Society of Barristers & the Ray McNichol’s American Inns of Court. He was President of the Idaho Chapter of the Federal Bar Association from 2005 – 2006, and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Mr. Creason’s areas of emphasis include civil litigation, insurance defense, commercial and corporate law.
