Member. Theodore O. Creason joined the firm in 1984, after being a partner in several small firms in the Lewiston area. Mr. Creason has been practicing in the LC Valley for over 35 years.

Mr. Creason is licensed to practice in Idaho and Washington. He maintains a practice primarily focused on civil litigation, insurance defense, commercial law, employment law, governmental liability and business advising. Mr. Creason’s practice includes general corporate counsel and liability occurrence advising for several businesses and professional organizations.

Mr. Creason holds several accreditations and distinctions recognizing his skill in that practice. Mr. Creason has been inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, Defense Research Institute, Idaho & International Associations of Defense Counsel, International Society of Barristers, and is a sustaining Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Mr. Creason has also served as a member of the Idaho State Bar, Washington State Bar, American Bar Association, Ray McNichols’ American Inns of Court and the Federal Bar Association. He was President of the Idaho Chapter of the Federal Bar Association from 2005—2006.

Mr. Creason has also been active in civic organizations, serving on the Rupert City Council and Idaho Commission of Pardons and Parole. Other community activities include serving as Lewiston Rotary Club President and Chairman of the Northwest Children’s Home Board. He currently serves on the Lewiston Library Foundation Board and the University of Idaho College of Law Advisory Council.

Mr. Creason graduated from the University of Idaho receiving his B.A. in History in 1970 and J.D. in 1973, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Creason was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 1973 and Washington State Bar in 2002. He is a former Deputy Prosecutor for Nez Perce County, 1975 to 1978.
